The idea
Segmented processes cost everyone time.
Aetheris treats the gaps between systems as the product. Each system does its own job well, and the connections between them are designed, secured and tested as carefully as the systems themselves.

A learner is captured again for fees, again for sport, again for every new system.

A parent pays in one place and has to prove it in another.

How it connects

Most of these connections are still being built. We label each one, so nobody mistakes a plan for a feature.
Identity
Sport built on school identity
Schools, students and sports staff will come from Scholastic Services, so teams and players are not typed in twice. Scholastic Cards version 1 are the first building block: a revocable card with one safe scan contract that shows only a minimal overview. Nexus is not yet connected to version 1.

Sellers reach schools from Vimera
A school-related seller will list on Vimera and appear in a Scholastic Services marketplace. Vimera version 1 has its marketplace switched off, so this connection waits on that.

School finances powered by Vimera
Fees and deep school finances will live in Scholastic Services with payments and money movement running on Vimera. Scholastic Services version 1 does not include finance yet.
