Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use aetheriszw.company (the "website"), which is run by Aetheris Innovative Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd, Hwange, Zimbabwe. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The website describes Aetheris and its products. It is for information. It is not an offer, a quotation, a contract or professional advice.

Many of the connections between our products are a vision still being built. We label each one Live, In development or Planned. A Planned item is an intention, not a promise or a delivery date, and plans can change.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or error free.

Scholastic Services, Vimera and Nexus have their own terms and privacy policies on their own sites. Those terms, not these, govern your use of those products.

You agree not to:

• attack, overload or disrupt the website or the systems behind it;
• probe, scan or test it for weaknesses without our written permission, other than as set out in our Security and Disclosure page;
• bypass or interfere with any security or access control, including the private staff area;
• collect content from the website in bulk by automated means in a way that burdens it;
• send us unlawful, abusive or fraudulent messages, or messages that pretend to be from someone else;
• use the website to break the law or someone else's rights.

We may block access for anyone who does.

The website, and what is on it, is protected by copyright and other rights. Our Copyright and Trademarks page says what you may and may not do with it.

The website links to other sites and embeds content from YouTube. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave or load them.

The website is provided as it is and as available. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time. We do not promise it will always be available or free from interruption.

To the fullest extent the law of Zimbabwe allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that comes from using, or being unable to use, the website, or from relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
