Vimera
A unified economic operating system for Zimbabwe: personal money tools and a business counter in one app, built for the vendors, traders and small businesses that formal software has largely ignored. It is also the money layer the rest of Aetheris is being built toward.

What Vimera version 1 includes
This page describes version 1 only. Earlier versions did more; none of that is claimed here.
Today and safe to spend
A clear view of what you can spend, with a "why this number?" explanation for each currency.
Accounts in your currencies
Cash, mobile money and bank accounts, in USD, ZWG and ZAR.
Plans and goals
Spending plans, savings goals and recurring entries.
People and debts
Debts grouped by person, with partial repayment and confirmation. Entries are reversed, never edited or deleted.
A business counter
Quick entry with split tender and change due, receipts shared by WhatsApp or PDF, and takings per currency.
Inventory, customers and purchasing
Stock, customer accounts and purchase orders for retail.
Staff, roles and payroll
Navigation and tools follow each person's role and the modules the business has switched on.
Works offline
Entries made without a connection queue on the device and sync when it returns.
Sly
A companion with its own hub that explains numbers, points out what needs attention and guides tours in a safe sandbox.
The marketplace is switched off in version 1, so selling to schools through Scholastic Services is a plan, not a feature. Co-founded by Aetheris owner Blessing Maravanyika and Denise B. Nyathi, and backed by Aetheris.
Connections
How Vimera connects
Each connection carries its real status.
Sellers reach schools from Vimera
A school-related seller will list on Vimera and appear in a Scholastic Services marketplace. Vimera version 1 has its marketplace switched off, so this connection waits on that.
PlannedSchool finances powered by Vimera
Fees and deep school finances will live in Scholastic Services with payments and money movement running on Vimera. Scholastic Services version 1 does not include finance yet.
PlannedPocket money and personal money
Students and parents will hold, send and spend personal money in Vimera, tied to the student's Scholastic identity. Vimera version 1 already handles personal money; the link to Scholastic is not built.
PlannedSchools as organisations on Vimera
Schools will appear on Vimera as organisations and potential customers, so providers can find and serve them.
PlannedSport's money and services on Vimera
Payments and money movement for sport will run on Vimera, and sporting equipment and coaches will be found there.
